บนเกาะสีชัง หมู่บ้านประมงเก่ากำลังเผชิญผลกระทบจากสภาพภูมิอากาศที่แปรปรวน ทำให้การจับปลาไม่เพียงพอต่อการดำรงชีวิต ชาวบ้านจึงต้องปรับตัวโดยหันมาพึ่งพาการท่องเที่ยว แต่การเติบโตของนักท่องเที่ยวกลับนำปัญหาใหม่มาสู่ชุมชน ทั้งขยะที่จัดการไม่ทันและการใช้ทรัพยากรเกินกำลัง ทำให้ภาระตกกลับมาที่คนท้องถิ่นเช่นเดิม

On Si Chang Island, the old fishing village is facing the impacts of a changing climate, making fishing no longer sufficient for daily life. The villagers have had to adapt by turning to tourism, but the growth of visitors has brought new challenges, from unmanaged waste to overuse of resources, placing the burden back on the local community.
