SILENT FRIEND

กลางสวนพฤกษศาสตร์ในเมืองมหาวิทยาลัยเก่าแก่ของเยอรมนี  ต้นแปะก๊วยอายุนับร้อยปีเฝ้ามองผู้คนต่างยุคสมัยผ่านกาลเวลา  ตั้งแต่นักศึกษาหญิงคนแรกของมหาวิทยาลัยในปี 1908 นักศึกษาหนุ่มในปี 1972  ที่ชีวิตเปลี่ยนไปจากการเฝ้ามองต้นเจอราเนียม  ไปจนถึงนักประสาทวิทยาจากฮ่องกงในปี 2020  ผู้เริ่มต้นการทดลองบางอย่างกับต้นไม้โบราณต้นนี้  การพบพานธรรมชาติอย่างเงียบงันค่อย ๆ  เปลี่ยนมุมมองและความหมายของการมีชีวิตอยู่ของพวกเขาไปตลอดกาล

In  the heart of a botanical garden in a historic German university town  stands a centuries-old ginkgo tree, quietly witnessing lives across  generations. From the university’s first female student in 1908, to a  young student in 1972 whose life is transformed through observing a  geranium, and a neuroscientist from Hong Kong in 2020 who begins an  unusual experiment with the ancient tree — each encounter with nature  slowly reshapes their understanding of life and existence forever.
