Born and raised in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam, Duy Thanh Tran ( aka tranduysca ) had soon developed his enthusiastic love for nature and people Although holding a bachelor degree in English language, he found his true calling in filmmaking. Duy aspired to become an independent filmmaker with a focus on storytelling through motion pictures so that he could make a tree to talk, to make the bird sing and to touch the most precious part of the audience — the heart of the audience.
